Welcome to Wakiliya.org

The Official website of the Association of Northern House of Representatives Members Wives for Empowerment & Welfare of the Indigents (ANHRMW-EWI). Wakiliya is a Hausa word that loosely translates to female agent or representative. As a not-for-profit and non-political organization, we are committed to acting as an agent for promoting social welfare, empowering communities, and ensuring the wellbeing of the vulnerable, particularly women and children across Northern Nigeria.

Our key initiative, the Wakiliya Project, serves as the public-facing arm of our association. It focuses on direct intervention programmes that drive our mission forward.
